My husband and I visited his island of St Lucia in 2022 during the pandemic. He had not been back since his mother’s funeral in 2005. We stayed at Marigot Bay Resort and when we wanted to travel did not know who these wonderful drivers were until now. We gave the Marigot Bay Resort great reviews and mentioned their transport service in 2022!! So now I want to give a raving review for Kriss Luxury Service! They took us to Mourn Fort, Darren Sammy Stadium and Pigeon Island!! Wonderful and safe drivers!! Thank you so much for being a blessing to us in our travels.

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for your very professional service. We had the pleasure of using your airport transfer again on our recent trip to the Island and once again were extremely impressed by the quality of the vehicle you provided which was immaculate. On this occasion we were driven by Donna, who like the previous drivers we have had encountered; is a credit to your company. She was punctual, helpful and friendly. I am a nervous passenger but the vehicle was driven very safely and with great care not to cause any alarm. A mention must also go to the office staff, particularly Shania and Khadie. Emails are always answered extremely promptly in a very professional but friendly manner. Arrangements and timing are always verified and confirmed which gives us as a customer complete peace of mind knowing that our journey is something that is in great hands. In the past 15 years my Husband and I have travelled to Saint Lucia on around 25 occasions and have sadly been let down by previous taxi operators, we have experienced dangerous un-road worthy vehicles and have also been left at the airport when our taxi failed to arrive, so we are delighted to have found in your company everything we could want for our transport needs on the Island. We have also highly recommended your services to others and will continue to do so.

We used this service once only because we really didn’t need it. We do have family in St. Lucia who were more than happy to take us around.

We used Kriss service from the airport with a group of 8. The driver was patient as we landed but had two other couples on another plane bit delayed. We then hit local place for alcohol and Massey for food as we were in a house. Ended up bit loner but driver was great and we made sure he knew he was appreciated. I want to say Sammy? We had a lot of rides after that so can’t remember his name but thanks so much!!

Laura was our driver to and from the airport and for a trip across the island so we could go horseback riding. She was a gem and was an excellent driver. She did not mind answering our questions and was very good at navigating the roads. Definitely worth the extra money (versus a taxi)!

The drivers were super nice and handled the windy, mountainous roads incredibly. Struck conversation also.

This whole experience was awesome. as soon as we got off the flight, and lady was there to greet us and zipped us right through immigration. My wife needed a visa, which took less than 20 mins to obtain, and we were in the car. Our driver Caswell stopped for some scenic views, and also took us to this amazing street food spot, which we are still trying to find a place to eat that is better than that!. I left my ipad mini in his BMW, and he had one of his drivers deliver it to me while out on a tour… in another city from where we were staying!

Wonderful taxi ride from international airport. Driver was professional and SUV was a newer Mercedes and clean.

We spent a week in St. Lucia and our driver, Godfrey, was amazing. He was our driver for airport round-trip transfers and excursions. He was informative in terms of local landmarks, gave us suggestions on excursions, and answered all of our questions about the island. Thank you for making our trip to St. Lucia memorable and giving us an inside look at the island.

We used this company for 5 days of our recent holiday. The cars were always on time and well turned out. Our driver, Nesmond, was fantastic. We travelled to Soufrie, Castries, Ganters Bay, the zip lines, Tet Paul nature trail, the mud baths and volcano, botanic gardens and more. Nothing was too much trouble and snacks/drinks were also provided on some of the journeys. Our experience of St Lucia was so much more because of the service provided.
